Health and Behaviour, BSc Honours
The BSc Health and Behaviour is a direct entry four year program including practicum experience with the option of doing an undergraduate thesis. Students in this program will study the relationship between behaviour and patterns of health, morbidity and mortality from a bio-psychosocial perspective. Courses will include a focus on concepts of health and illness, measuring health and illness, understanding health behaviour, social cognition models, illness representations, pain & chronic conditions, health promotion: theories, models and values of health promotion, program evaluation, and health communications.
