The Quality Assurance Secretariat has created sample templates that may be downloaded and adapted by universities. All sample templates are based on the requirements specified in the Quality Assurance Framework. Each university may have additional criteria or requirements identified in its IQAP that can be added to the sample template. Included here are templates for new program proposals at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. Sample templates for external reviewer reports for both new and existing programs are also included. The Appraisal Committee and Quality Council members use very similar templates when they review proposals from the universities.
