Bulleted Lists look like this:

  • line item one. if text flows to a second line in the browser in a bulleted or numbered list, text on the second line will be indented.
  • line item two
  • line item three.

Numbered lists look like this:

  1. line item one
  2. line item two
  3. line item three

You can create “nested lists” within lists (See below), by using the Numbered list tool AND the INDENT tool. After the third bullet, click INDENT, then Numbered List

  1. line item one
  2. line item two
  3. line item three
    1. second tier line item one
    2. third tier line item two
  4. line item four

A multi-tiered list can include numbers and bullets e.g.:

  1. line item one
  2. line item two
  3. line item three
    • second tier line item one
    • second tier line item two

OR

  • line item one
  • line item two
  • line item three
    1. second tier line item one
    2. second tier line item two
      1. Hello – this is a third level tier!

This is an ordered list (a,b,c) using the INDENT tool for the first level with second level is numbered:

a. First level line item one. If text flows through to a second line when using the INDENT tool, the text on the second line will flow under the indent margin like this.

b. First level line item two.

    1. Second level line item one – this is what happens when this is a longer sentence. The text wraps under the numbered list so that the first word in the line is left aligned to the number in the list.
    2. Second level line item two
    3. Second level line item three

c. First level line item three
