The Graduate Diploma (Type 3) in Educational and Community Leadership is a part-time program aimed at professionals interested in education issues and leadership roles in education. Participants will engage in a five-course program of study distributed over four semesters. The method of delivery is a hybrid of the first and last courses being face-to-face in block format, and the three middle courses being either online learning or face-to-face courses. Grounded in Trent’s commitment to environmental sustainability, social justice and community development, the program will encourage and develop students’ research skills, Educational and Community Leadership skills and their capacity for critical analysis.
