Accounting, GDip (Type 3)
The Professional Master’s Diploma in Accounting is an industry focussed graduate credential designed to aid students in advancing their accounting careers. The primary objective of the program is to produce graduates with higher order knowledge and critical thinking skills essential to addressing professional business accounting problems. Courses include: Advanced Financial Accounting with Integration; Management Accounting, Planning and Control; Advanced Auditing and Assurance Topics; Financial Statement Analysis and Valuations; and an integrative Capstone. The Professional Master’s Diploma in Accounting will provide a pathway for qualified students to continue their education at a level that will prepare them for further graduate study and/or professional certification (i.e., Chartered Professional Accountant).
