Arts Management, GDip (Type 1) and GDip (Type 3)

The Arts Management Graduate Diploma program is a full-time, blended course-based program developed by the Dan School of Drama and Music and the Isabel Bader Centre for the Performing Arts. Held over a 6 week period beginning in May, the program consists of 12 units (5 courses), one of which is delivered online.

Graduate Diploma students will gain a foundation of knowledge in strategic planning, arts marketing, philanthropy, governance, and financial and management accounting. They will have the opportunity to meet with top practitioners in the field and apply their theoretical knowledge through assignments, field studies, and in-class simulations. Graduates of the program will have developed 21st century leadership and management capabilities in the arts and cultural sector.

Completion of the Arts Management Graduate Diploma provides advanced standing in the M.A. in Arts Leadership program, which involves another term of coursework and a third term practicum and capstone project.
