Driving Rehabilitation Therapy, MClSc
The Master of Clinical Science (MClSc) in Driving Rehabilitation Therapy program is a one-year, three-term, interprofessional program. Students are licensed and/or regulated health care professionals who wish to pursue a career in driving rehabilitation. The educational experience concurrently focuses on practice and development of specialized skills, advanced practice behaviours, leadership activities and critical appraisal of research in the area of driving rehabilitation. Through a combination of distance and on-site learning and mentoring, this program trains students to screen, evaluate and provide evidence-based interventions for experienced licensed drivers representing populations across the lifespan. Graduates of this program are qualified to be entry-level driving rehabilitation therapists working with medically-at-risk drivers.
