The MSc in Environmental Sustainability / MSc en durabilité de l’environnement is an interdisciplinary degree aimed at training future professionals and scholars who are able to apply knowledge from science, economics, law and policy to develop effective solutions to today’s complex, multi-dimensional environmental problems. The program has two options: one with a thesis, and the other with a research paper.

This program will be an attractive option for students who hold undergraduate degrees in environmental sciences, environmental studies, economics, political science and related fields and who are interested in a career in environmental policy or environmental management. It will also be of interest to persons working in government, the private sector or civil society who wish to develop or deepen their capacity for integrative problem-solving in relation to issues of environmental sustainability.
