Kinesiology, PhD

The main objective of the PhD program in Kinesiology is to provide graduate students with a highly integrated and multidisciplinary approach to the examination of issues involved with physical activity, sport, exercise, health and physical education. This program will be primarily research-oriented. Graduate students, in close collaboration with faculty members, will investigate important questions across a wide range of populations including typically developing children and those with motor delays (such as Autism) through to healthy older adults and those dealing with challenging disorders (for example, individuals with Parkinson’s Disease and/or Multiple Sclerosis).
