Diploma in Professional Education, GDip (Type 3)

The GDip (Type 3) Diploma in Professional Education is designed to provide students who hold a bachelor’s-degree opportunities to complete advanced graduate professional course work in their professional area. Frameworks that define the EdD and MPE also play a pivotal role in the Diploma in Professional Education: practitioner-scholar knowledge, signature inductive pedagogies and pedagogical tools, a participatory culture, and technologies to map knowledge and knowledge-producing systems through distance education and other delivery frameworks. Although this program is a course-based program, research is embedded within all courses. Students completing the program may apply to the Master in Professional Education program and ladder two half-courses.
